Innovations Human Trafficking Collaborative (Innovations HTC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Olympia, WA, born from the lived experience, vision, and leadership of our founder, Jeri Moomaw—a nationally recognized expert and survivor of human trafficking.

Established in 2016, our organization was created to transform systems, elevate survivor leadership, and strengthen community responses to trafficking. Collectively, our team brings more than 21 years of experience delivering essential training, survivor support, and organizational guidance.
