Innovations Human Trafficking Collaborative (Innovations HTC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Olympia, WA, dedicated to combating human trafficking and supporting survivors. Founded in 2016 by Jeri Moomaw, a renowned leader and survivor of human trafficking, we have 21 years of experience providing essential training and assistance.
Our mission is to engage first responders, tribes, and other stakeholders in eliminating human trafficking through solution-based knowledge and trauma-informed strategies and to empower survivors to heal and build self-sufficient, affirming lives.

Empowering Survivors: We empower survivors to build fulfilling careers and become experts in the field, emphasizing their critical role in shaping policies without fear of re-exploitation.
Training and Technical Assistance: We offer comprehensive training to various organizations and professionals, equipping them to respond effectively to human trafficking..

Direct Survivor Support: We provide support services to survivors, including peer resource navigation, outreach, and client advocacy.
National Training: As a leader in human trafficking training, we focus on equity, LGBTQ2IA+ inclusion, and addressing trafficking in communities including tribal lands.
Awareness and Systems Creation: We work to raise awareness, develop response protocols, and provide trauma-informed screening assessments to improve victim identification and support.
